Membership Benefits – Terms and Conditions

1. Investments

• Net capital must be held without withdrawals for 6 months to qualify for upgraded benefits.

• Profits do not count toward upgrades—only net capital maintained in the first year.

• 100-Day Restriction: No withdrawals of principal or profit during the first 100 days.

• Profit Forfeiture: Any withdrawal during this period may void current month profits.

• Full deposit withdrawals within 100 days may remove profit on open trades + incur fees.

• Annual withdrawal limit: ≤ 100% of total deposits to retain status.

• Cashback does not affect membership tier eligibility.

• Full withdrawal within 6 months is treated as account closure and may affect remaining entitlements.

• Partial profit withdrawal after 6 months may reduce net capital and downgrade tier.

• Each upgraded tier requires 3-month uninterrupted capital retention.

2. Leverage

• Offered according to membership tier.

• Must be used responsibly within approved limits.

3. Managed By

• Accounts are managed by experienced portfolio managers.

• AI-driven analytics support decision-making and strategy design.

4. Monthly Trading Volume Allowance

• Each tier has a trading volume cap per week/month in USD.

• Exceeding this may suspend profit accruals or trigger fees.

• Minimum volume must be met to qualify for cashback.

• Two consecutive months of under-volume voids cashback eligibility for that period.

5. Monthly Cashback

• Calculated based on active monthly volume.

• Capped by tier-specific maximums.

6. Management Commission

• Fixed annual fee based on assets under management.

• Applies regardless of profitability or loss.

• Must be paid directly by client (not deducted from account).

7. Performance Fee

• Applies only to net profits (not capital).

• Charged upon profit withdrawal, year-end, or account closure.

• Cashback is not included in performance fee calculation.

• Fees due typically by June or when 30%+ of capital is withdrawn.

• Discounts scale with deposit size and trading commitment.
